superfeet December 12, 2008 B. Diller (santa cruz, CA) Great product helpful for plantar fasciatis. It is, however, very rigid and after wearing it all the time for a month, I developed swelling across the balls of my feet. So, I traded one problem for another.
So far it's ok December 12, 2008 Byung Hoon Yoo (San Diego, CA USA) So far it seems it works pretty well. Even though my shin hurts a bit when I play basketball for a long time, but it looks like it's the problem of my shoes, not this product. Haven't verified yet, but so far, the product is good
made a huge difference November 10, 2008 Victor Vasconcelos (Miami, Fl) For about a year I had horrible pain in my heels after any inactivity. When I woke up in the morning, I looked like a 70 year old (I am 35). I finally got around to seeing a doctor, who told me I had bone spurs in my heels and plantar fascitis, and he recommended these inserts. They feel weird at first (borderline uncomfortable). But after a day or two you get used to them. I noticed a difference right away. By the third day, the pain was almost non-existent. Mind you, I wasn't wearing cheap shoes, I spent most of my time in $120 running shoes from well-respected brands like Saucony, Asics, and Brooks. You lose a bit of the cushioning when you pull out the original inserts and throw these in, but it is well worth it in the long run. From now on, I am buying a pair of these for every shoe I buy.
Yes, they are expensive. Yes, you should buy them November 4, 2008 A. Houck Eight years ago I was waiting tables and limping after taking my shoes off at the end of the day. I was hesitant to spend over $30 on inserts for shoes that only cost $35 , but gave it a shot. They are worth every penny. If your feet hurt at the end of the day you need to try these. I rarely give 5 star reviews, but these are great. I now work on the railroad and still use Superfeet. Without them I limp after taking my boots off, with them I am pain free. Yes, they are expensive, yes, you should buy them.
