This product actually was more than I expected. It is almost exactly like the ps3 controller however it isn't wireless. The controller it self works completely and even though the R2 and L2 button aren't like the ps3's, it still works fine. However, there are some annoying parts. The controller is sort of hard to connect because it doesn't have a home/ps button in between the select and start but it should take less than 2-3 minutes to connect. That's only a problem it you need to switch to the 1rst player controller. I usually use this when a friend comes over and can play with it but this is NOT a replacement for your original ps3 controller which you should always have.
It's cheap, I works, and if you have a ps2 controller that you think you may never use, you might want to get this.

I bought this product to re-use my PS2 controllers for the new PS3 and it's worked great on all the games I've tried it on. I have had no problems with it so far. I definitely recommend it.

I purchased this product hoping to get some re-use out of my old ps2 controllers...I was gravely disappointed.
First of all, the product came in just an envelope with no wrapping whatsoever. It seemed like it was a stolen and resold...
Secondly, I tried this (which btw does not look anything like the picture) on both my wireless Logitech AND my wired original sony controllers and it never worked.
Lastly, I tried to contact the company to have them resolve this. I have never heard back from them. They literally robbed me. BUYER BEWARE and do not purchase this product or any from this seller. You will be ripped off.
