Doing business with Amazon January 6, 2009 Walter J. Harmon, Jr. I ordered a Bon-Aire BA121L air compressor and when I received it I found the case was broken. I E-Mailed Amazon and very quickly got an answer, I was to return the product with a return label that I was able to print out. I then was notified by Amazon that they had already shipped my replacement even though I was not able to return theirs for a couple days.I have been buying from Amazon for a long time but this is my first time to return something. It's a pleasure to deal with Amazon. I have just used the compressor one time and it worked great. Walter Harmon.
Excellent product!!! December 27, 2008 D. Pierce (Cincinnati, OH USA) I received this product as a Christmas gift and was a little apprehensive about it since I did not recognize the brand name. Well, I put it to use immediately since my truck tire was low due to a leaking tire cap. To pump my 17" tire from 20 psi to 32 psi took less than a minute. It was a lot faster than my father's Black & Decker inflator. It was much more quiet as well (yes, it is a compressor so it will make some noise). I am very pleased with this inflator due to it's ease of use, nice carry handle, and it's accurate tire guage (I checked it against a digital and analog tire guage). I believe it is very important to keep tires properly inflated and this device makes it quick and easy to do. I can't attest to it's durability since I have had it less than a week, but from how the unit performs and it's nice design, I am confident it will last for many years.
Good company December 4, 2008 Jack Durrett II (Clemson, SC. USA) Bought it in September '07. Wouldn't turn on after 3-4 uses. Tried to find the company then tried to take it apart. No way. Finally located them the Friday after Thanksgiving this year (08) and called and left word. They called back the following monday morning and are sending me a new one. We shall see. I liked its power and handiness as compared to the plug in to the cigarette lighter kind.

I have owned two of these compressors bought under the Sears Craftsman name. I use it to fill my big truck tires and the tires on my trailer. It works great and fills them fairly fast, but both units have broken after about 2 years. The mechanical connection between the motor and compressor breaks. There are no spare parts to order, so you are out $50. Don't buy this!

Works as advertised. Aired up 4 tires that were really low. I Like the built in tire gauge. Just turn it off after it airs tires for about 2 mins. & you can tell how much air is in your tire. It is noisy but that's how an air compressor is. Lightweight, easy for a lady to handle. Takes about 2 mins. to go from 15 lbs to 32 lbs psi in your tire.
