I had the worst customer support ever for a large company. I will never order anything from crucial again. I needed to return this item because i no longer needed the item. I snet several emails out to find out how to return the item but never received a reply on how to accomplish this. After 2 months I received an answer stating you can't receive an refund because it had been past 30 days since the purchase. What kind of company operates like this.

I got this product today, 20 min. later and my HP Slimline w/Vista works better than ever. EVERYTHING works WAAAY Better. I have not had this much fun with my games for years. Buy this, max out the memory. Disc clean up better, web pages better, everything better.

Installed it into an HP Vista machine and brought the total amount of ram to 3GB, had 1GB when I bought it. Vista is a lot more responsive now and only took a couple of minutes to install. Very much worth the price as long as you know how to install it correctly.
